Alessandra and her colleague were such a pleasure to interact with. We chatted during breakfast and they explained the history and culture of Siena which really made our visit to the area more relatable and memorable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Lavander cake was heavenly. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Although property is conveniently located off a somewhat busy road, it is so quiet inside the house.

Perfect location near Sienna for us to explore the Tuscan hills. The apartment was fully furnished, so clean and very quaint. The views were amazing, the grounds open for us to explore. I can’t think of how this stay could have been improved on. The host left us biscottes, jams, coffee, tea, milk and juice as our breakfast. We cooked for ourselves with supplies we picked up from the local supermarket.

Rather special type of breakfast - made by yourself from the daily replenished fridge - there was everything - eggs, ham, cheese, jams, fruits etc… Fantastic host Sabrina - she baked cakes for her guests, advised best places to visit, good restaurants nearby.

We had use of a fully functioning kitchen. However, there was a Michelin Restaurant 1 minute walk away - no contest! We would definitely irecommend staying here. It was a 20 minute drive into Sienna. but we had fresh country air.

Very cozy room where even a bathroom has a window with a view. The hotel is homey and sets the tone for relaxation. You wake up to the ringing of the tower bells which is very romantic. The city is mesmerizing and I definitely want to come back and will choose this hotel again. Best price per quality ratio in Italy.
