The property was very warm, comfortable, modern, and felt like home. The home had great amenities and plenty of parking space. It was in an incredible location, close to restaurants and shopping but still had the privacy of being away from the city.

Karuizawa is an amazing location. Transport to and from the train stations was easy with a taxi, once we had installed the app. We were on business in the area, but we also had the chance to walk a little, great surroundings. All in all, the accommodation is not cheap, but it can host quite a large group, making it worth the price. Host was definitely helpful, no remarks.

It’s clean, very well equipped with heater, cooking utensils. The owners are so nice and friendly. Language may be a barrier but they tried really hard to accommodate all our needs. The place is slightly secluded which is perfect for quiet vacation but you can still go to town centre by just taking 1 train to Karuizawa station and the owners are nice enough to drop and pick you!

The owner couple is really sweet and caring and fetched us from the train station as we were stranded in a mile long taxi queue due to snow and ice disabling the trains and busses no longer running in the late evening. Thank you so much! The breakfast was delicious and a very fair price. The common room were you can hang out and eat had a lit fireplace giving a very warm and cozy atmosphere. It smelled like Christmas morning as a child. We will definitely comeback when we are visiting Karuizawa.JoshuaYoung couple

The cottages were cosy and the beds were clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to Karuizawa station was convenient. Though the buses could be small, the hotel was attentive to customer’s needs and additional minivans were added so that we could reach our destinations earlier.
