Pedro has excellent taste and attention to detail and the house is even more stunning in person than in the pictures! The house is spotlessly clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, and it was very quiet at nighttime. I also loved the coffee! The house is in a perfect location in the old town of Lagos, close to the stunning beaches and hiking trails, and with good restaurants also nearby. Pedro made me feel very welcome and gave lots of great suggestions of where to dine and what to visit. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Thank you Pedro.

But surely the hospitality is what I liked most: Carlos welcomed us and took the time to suggest what to do, where to eat and how to have a great staying in Portugal!

My highlight was the spa area. It was so nice after a day of exploring to go and have a swim or enjoy the Sauna and after I'd get a drink at the bar and sit by the cost fireplace. It’s spacious and thoughtfully designed. We loved that it was a peaceful retreat but also just a short drive from the town and beaches. The owner lives next door and is very responsive if there is anything you need or you have a question.
