The accommodation is great for a ski trip. During days you could go for a ride in the nearby Straja or Transalpina ski resorts. During evenings you could relax in the sauna and bath tub. The A-frame has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped and the interior feels cosy. The owners are very nice and helpful, they even waited us with wine and snacks, and offered a plateau with traditional goodies.

The location is amazing overseeing the Parang and Retezat mountains on the horizon with breathtaking views. The house is rustic, well equipped for self catering, with a spacious living on the ground floor. We were three families and the space did not feel over crowded. The owner was very helpful, very friendly and a great host. I don't have enough words to express our gratitude. A very smart guy who knows a lot of things. He made such a difference to our stay. The cabin is a little gem with gorgeous views, super tidy and with all the comforts one would need. The underfloor heating makes for a great bonus. Communication with the host is excellent and they are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
