The room was really clean, spacious and actually really nice with a cute little balcony. Housekeeping comes everyday too. The pool is beautiful and the views from up there are amazing. The location is great, very central to everything between the Old Town and beaches. Lyn is a great host and helped with absolutely everything from renting a motorbike to organising tours. There's also free bicycles which are very handy as everything is close by.

We loved staying at the Volar de Faifo Villa in historic Hoi An. The staff at the hotel especially on the Front Desk are very warm, kind & welcoming. They arranged taxis & a trip to My Son Sanctuary for us. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the river & the historic old city but situated on a quiet lane so you feel you are in a very calm place. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough - especially the incredibly warm reception we received for our special trip. thank you!

Riding through the streets of Hoi An, soaking in the local culture at my own pace, was an experience I'll always cherish. It's these thoughtful touches that make the hotel stand out. The rooms are a haven of tranquility and luxury. Immaculately clean, with modern and perfectly maintained bathrooms, my room felt like a personal retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast, a delightful spread, was the perfect start to my day. The hotel's design deserves a special mention. It's beautifully decorated, with each space showing a keen eye for detail.
