Each consists of a seating area with a satellite TV and a kitchen with a stove. Some villas have a fireplace. Great location (close to paphos city and airport but in a quiet and green area), very well equipped house, great welcome - the host was super kind, at arrival we found complimentary water, coffee, tea, bread, buttter, cheese, ham and fruit! And a bottle of wine! Thanks to Christos and Augustina for their kindness!

Michalis Anoyia is a stone-built property featuring balconies and patios shaded by wooden pergolas and a traditional living area with fireplace. It is set in Kathikas village, within 150 metres from the centre offering restaurants and a mini market. The owner did a magnificent job of renovating a marvelous old stone house into a luscious, tasteful charming small apartment with modern fixtures for complete comfort. Loved the enclosed private courtyard. Nobody was staying in the other side so it was completely mine. Original hardware on old doors enclosed by old stone walls. Fireplace was not necessary in summer but would be so pleasant in the cold, and it was a beautiful feature surrounded by original antiques from the way things used to be. My room has a balcony with views towards the mountains. Did I mention a modern decorator vibe all the while with tasteful decor while surrounded by antiques with personal family history. I was beyond enchanted, and felt very lucky to happen upon this treasure. Also, when I needed some extra help, running out of gas, I felt so comforted knowing my host would help in any way. He gets an A+ too!

Here you can relax out on your private terrace or in the garden with sun loungers and chairs. Fantastic property in a brilliant location close to the sea and about a 4 minute walk to the bus stop. Very comfortable. We were here in December/January and had the pool heated which was perfect.

The best attitude of the owner that I have experienced so far. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was filled, a box of homemade goodies on the table. Ideally set in the centre of Paphos City, Royal Townhouse in Center Paphos is a recently renovated holiday home, which features free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. This holiday home offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The property is non-smoking and is situated 700 metres from Vrisoudia Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay in the lovely house. The house is fully equipped and is also very clean. The nice boulevard of Paphos is within walking distance and also the shops to do your shopping are around the corner. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast with rolls from the bakery 500 metres away. In the evening, we often used the well-equipped kitchen to cook for ourselves. We stayed here in February so hanging out on a terrace for dinner was unfortunately not yet possible. The house has very good beds and a nice terrace all around the house where you can sit outside. We would definitely go back again! Oh yes and the landlord was also very helpful in answering our questions! The PDF with tips we received in advance was very helpful.
