We stayed at Gästehaus Kirchenbauerhof after spending the day in Legoland Deutschland. A friend recommended it, and it exceeded all our expectations; to the point that it was a highlight of the day too. The kids, even tired after a day in the theme park enjoyed looking and petting the animals (it is a farm) or playing the games in the gardens and patio. The room was large and comfortable, and the area quiet (except for the occasional bells tolling at the church close by). Breakfast was really good: not a large selection, but more than enough and super tasty. All the people working there were incredibly gentle and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Apartment Hänsel und Gretel is located in Dinkelsbühl. All units come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything was nice, the hosts are very friendly.

Adults enjoyed the spectacular scenery with a variety of beverages from the self-serve kitchen while the children were enchanted with the animals, outstanding playground, and variety of toys. Even our new puppy was pleased. Gemütlichkeit!

We stayed in the large 2 bedroom house at the back of the property, and it was great! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around outside. The house was very clean, and was well kept. It was nice to be so close to the lake and the hiking trails. This was a very peaceful site, the perfect place to relax. The trampoline and playground equipment were lots of fun for children. They especially loved seeing the animals. The family took special care of us, setting up fire pit for cooking and hosting us for a tour up to the mountains to see their animals and enjoy a homemade feast. A truly memorable visit!

Beautiful property with view of the mountains and lake. I also LOVED how kid friendly it was. My daughter loved the horses, cows, bunny, and cat. The indoor play area was also great! The weather was a little cold and rainy most of our stay so that was nice. The outdoor play area was also nice and would have used it more if it had been sunnier.
