The villa was so clean and cozy , the owner was so helpful he's taking care of every detail, he gave me a lot of info about the markets and restaurants nearby and the activities , everything was perfect for a family vacation , the villa is only 1 minute walk from the lake but you can also see the lake from the balcony, I highly recommend going there.

I've stayed here a few times and will stay again when visiting Fayoum. I am a U.S. solo female traveler that frequently travels to Egypt. The owners of this guesthouse are the kindest and helpful. It's private , close to tourist attractions, yet the right distance to still feel more private. The food is also amazing! I love it here so much that I pay more than asked because I don't feel it's enough for how I'm taken care of.

We loved our stay very much. I traveled with my sister and cousin and our children. We all had an amazing time. The villa is beautiful and the view is spectacular. Saleh, who is the property manager, was so helpful. He took care of everything and anything we needed. He even helped us plan our activities. We would have loved to stay longer. Hope to come back soon!

In a quiet location at the far end of the village, up behind the Fayoum Pottery School It was so nice to be able to self cater & the small local village shops had all the basics. I was able to get fruit and veges and a few canned goods!

Barefoot by Barefoot in Tunis situa-se em ‘Izbat an Nāmūs e providencia uma piscina exterior, um jardim e um terraço. The property is lovely, warm and fully functional. The garden is perfect to chill outdoors while staying in the comfort and privacy of your home. The heated pool was an extra perk. The host was very friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. I ate out most of my stay, hired a jeep driver and toured around all the time and still ended up paying less than what other hotels in Tunis charged. Tunis is a lovely village on its own, perfect to enjoy the Egyptian countryside without giving up 'western' comforts. With the help of a driver, at a very reasonable price, one can also explore the wonderful Fayoum area which is really rich with naturalistic and archeological sites that are worth visiting
