The room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was stunning! The room was being cleaned every day and had all the required facilities. The big pleasant surprise was the little private beach which was perfect for my family. We had a great time there with our two young boys. The host was extremely friendly and helpful too, he gave us all the necessary directions for our arrival and every info possible. He also gave us a bottle of the wine they make there which was a great gesture. A nice dry sweet wine which we enjoyed with cheese crackers, very enjoyable!

The owner is very nice, friendly, hospitable, good english speaker. He welcomed us with an excellent dinner - grilled fish with salad and a wine. During our stay, he brought us various gifts several times - melon, cake, homemade liqueur, etc. They changed our sheets and towels during our one-week stay. Washing maschine was available. The accomodation is 3 minutes from beach. We were satisfied with everything.

The host was very friendly and helpful and he gave us directions where to find good food and good value sunbeds on the beach, he also gave us a cute present at check-out. The property is walking distance to the beach and it has a private parking. It's a good place stay for a larger group of people. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back with some of our friends. Not a downside but a suggestion for the host to install longer shower curtains to avoid puddles in the bathroom. You can catch awesome sunsets on the beach in front of the villas so the property merits its name.

Located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Quiet and peaceful area. Large deck with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset behind Mount Olympos, across the water. If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Located in Paliouri Village, the awarded Kappa Resort offers fully equipped and elegantly decorated units. Most come with a private pool and a garden with sun terrace. My suite was spacious and amazing. It's located in a very nice spot near the private beach of Paliouri Village. Staff told me that the resort was award-winning and that's was truly amazing! Free Wi-Fi and a wonderful shared pool was a few of a lot amenities of this resort. I'll be back for sure!
