Everything exceed expectations. We stayed in many airbnb and accomdations during our 14 days road trip and I can say that this hits the top 3. Its located on a large compound with hostel, cabin, campsite. Fantastic place to rest, relax and explore.

Ortak mutfak/salon ve dağ manzarası sunan Skútustadir Guesthouse, Mývatn Gölü'nün güney kıyısında bir çiftlikte hizmet vermektedir. Wi-Fi erişimi ve otopark ücretsizdir. Skutustadir was such a lovely place to stay with my grown children. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and inviting. The host was kind and accommodating. We had been waylaid 3 times due to road closures and they were incredibly responsive to our needs and rebooked us without penalty, which was a huge relief. (Other properties were certainly not so kind and we lost a fair amount of money on places we never got to stay!) This place was super clean- cleanest we stayed at by far and the breakfast was amazing. I can’t say enough positive about Skutustadir guesthouse. Also, our dinner at the nearby hotel was incredible- their beef lasagne was to die for!!

Myvatn'da, Godafoss Şelalesi'ne 50 km mesafede yer alan Slow Travel Mývatn - Óli's Homestay-Private house v, dağ manzaralı bir konaklama birimidir. The house is lovely, we recommend! Not just very well equipped with anything you might need, but also spatious and really has a home feel. The hosts put so much effort into making our stay also informative and educational with the many info sheets and traditional items in the house. All the sights are super near by so we could reach the warm home quickly after windy and snowy walks :)

Göl manzaralı Myvo The old farm Geiteyjarströnd 4, Godafoss Şelalesi'ne yaklaşık 48 km mesafede bahçeli konaklama birimleri sunmaktadır. The very comfortable home from home, accommodation. Plenty of space for four people to spread out and enjoy the view across the lake. The close proximity to the amazing geological sites was a real bonus. The laundry facilities were excellent and we made good use of them.

Godafoss Şelalesi'ne 49 km mesafede yer alan Hlíd Huts, Myvatn'da konaklama olanağı ve barbekü olanakları sunmaktadır. Bu tesiste veranda, ücretsiz özel otopark ve ücretsiz WiFi erişimi mevcuttur. It was a cute little hut. There's no bathroom in the room, but they seemed to be very clear about that up front. We enjoyed sitting on our front porch sipping wine and looking over the lava field.
