This B&B is set in a typical 15th-century Breton manor house with a 1-hectare garden, 7 km from Dinard and the seaside. It offers a furnished terrace and individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Breakfast was very good with fresh bakeries, jams, yogurt, boiled eggs, etc. prepared by our host. It was served in a common table for all the customers which resulted in some interesting conversations with fellow travelers (we liked it). Also Guy was very accomodating with the timetable, so that we could leave early to visit Mont St Michel. We also had recommendations on restaurants and things to visit nearby.

The Château Hôtel Du Colombier is only a 5-minute drive from the picturesque beaches at Saint Malo. Free private parking is provided, making it easy to explore Brittany by car. We had a wonderful visit, Sebastian, Nicolas and all the staff were lovely. Nothing was a problem and the restaurant was great. However, what was exceptional was breakfast...I have never experienced choice and quality like it before. 👌 Every item is locally sourced and premium quality, yes you pay, but you feel special and valued.

The Manoir des Douets Fleuris is housed in a 17th-century building in Cancale, between Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. The manor offers spacious rooms with free WiFi access, as well as a large garden with a duck pond. From the moment we drove up we were in heaven. An idyllic setting. Beautiful landscaping, rolling hills, trees, horses, fountains; a lovely manorly house. Reception was exceptional. If you are staying in this area you must try to stay here. Only about 5 minute drive to Cancale, a lovely small oyster city!! Right on the waterfront.... Breakfast was also lovely.. An array of cheeses/meats/eggs/bread. Looking out on that fabulous landscape!

The attic room we had was spacious and comfortable. Our host was extremely helpful and provided wonderful breakfasts.

It’s 15 mins drive outside of St Malo, 5 mins from local shops and hypermarkets etc. Google maps will take you the wrong way, but it’s easy enough to find with ample safe parking. The host is lovely, breakfast is an ample basket of various breads and pastries with cheese and meat you won’t finish!
