Ravenstone Lodge ligger 8 km från Keswick, vid foten av Ullock Pike, så att du kan koppla av i vinterträdgården eller på terrassen och njuta av några av de vackraste landskapen i Lake District. The food was excellent, the staff was so friendly and along with the place itself made you feel so warm and welcome. We will definitely be back in the summer months for our anniversary.

The room was beautifully appointed, with attention to detail that ensured a luxurious and restful experience. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the views from our window were picturesque, offering a serene backdrop to our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District, with easy access to roads, trails and lakes. Tarn Hows was close by and simply quintessentially English countryside at its best! What truly set this B&B apart was the genuine care and hospitality of the hosts. Location was central, near town. Nice garden to sit and see the lake and mountains. Near a nice walking trail round Grasmere Lake. Richard, the host was most helpful and friendly. Room was warn and heated.

Foxghyll Country House B&B ligger i hjärtat av Lake District, bara 5 minuters bilresa från Ambleside. Här erbjuds gratis WiFi och gratis parkering. Warm hospitality by the owners, Paul and Rachel. Thoughtful sumptuous breakfast. Spacious room with a great river and pasture view. Comfortable bed. Lots of trees and flowering plants in its 5-acre property. Our 3-night stay was very heavenly and relaxing. Pleasureable walking experience from village to village. Highly recommended for a 3~ 5 day Lake District experience.

Ees Wyke Country House is an elegant Georgian property in the Lake District, less than 3 miles from the town of Hawkshead. Breakfast was excellent. We loved having afternoon tea and scones in the drawing room, and a refreshing cider served while we read. Books about Beatrix Potter and a sunny window seat to snuggle up and read were very much appreciated.

Overlooking Lake Windermere, Lindeth Fell offers impressive views and free parking, just 5 minutes from Windermere Ferry Crossing. Location and lovely view with large rooms and excellent breakfast. Has a homely touch. I have stayed before and the experience was better than before.
