The location very close with Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fátima by walking, so I can catch up the schedule well. Not far from everywhere actually, McD around 15mnt walking distance, bus station around 110 mnt walking distance. Restaurants are also around. Super clean room & comfort. Thank you.

We have stayed at the Avenida Hotel several times and have never been disappointed. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Sanctuary and Basilica of Our Lady of Fatima which are accessed by a slightly steep hill from the hotel. We stayed bed and breakfast and found a great selection of food. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable and the reception area is a beautiful with large sofas scattered around. The staff are very friendly; particularly the blondish lady on reception (who prepared for us to have a takeaway breakfast due to our very early start) and the gentleman with the long hair (in a bun). We found a lovely little outside sun area, situated behind the bar which was perfect for a glass of wine or coffee. We look forward to our next stay at Hotel Avenida.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very professional and the room was excellent. It had onsite parking, an excellent restaurant and a fabulous breakfast.
