The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were all fantastic and did an amazing job. After traveling for over twenty hours from the UK it was a pleasure to see how nice the hotel was. The biggest bonus of all was how friendly and helpful the reception staff were. We much needed that after a very long trip, thank you. The bar food was also good and the bar staff really happy and friendly. We loved the shuttle bus and how often they ran. We never waited more than five minutes at either side for one. The pool area was lovely and the gardens are just gorgeous and well looked after.

Room is very spacious and nicely decorated. The in-suite kitchen was really helpful. Location conveniently close to Disney parks and great restaurants (walking distance). Breakfast is included and was also good.

I really like the hotel. It is beautiful and good security they have and beautiful bed with the kitchen and the bathroom and the area sitting and nice balcony and thank you so much all the stuff for Peppertree hotel.

Great Breakfast. Great staff! Awesome room for kids. Fun with a pool on the roof. Perfect distance from a Disneyland.

They got washing machine, staffs are friendly and helpful. Close to Disneyland, convenient to grocery and restaurants. Room is big and clean.

The staff were so attentive and kind as we checked in. They answered any questions we had and were so personable. The room had recently been renovated and was so modern and trendy. I loved that it wasn't just generic, it had a vibe. While they are still renovating other areas we never noticed the noise. It was also a really easy and not crowded walk to the parking tram or downtown disney security and made getting to and from the park a breeze.

the location is close to Disneyland and not bad travelling from LAX
