The staff was very helpful. The food was good and there was always enough. You could see they really pay attention to it. They tried to make us feel comfortable as much as they can. Cleaning service, everything. All inclusive service waa great. Very comfortabe beds, good furniture, nice view.

The tourist that wants tranquility and peace will love this place. The owner and the staff pay exceptional attention to each guest. The beach is very private, accessible by stairs. The food tastes good, each day a new offer. All in all, our time in Porto Belissario was very pleasant.

We had a small problem with the bedlight and allso asked for an extra cover and this was fixed within minutes. We were also upgraded to a better room. We had booked economy for just one night - but due to some available rooms in the category above we got one with a balcony with seaview. Now that's customer service :-)

Nice room, a little small, but comfortable. Breakfast was very continental but then the guests seem to be mainly from Germany so I can't complain. The food was OK, but then there are so many nice restaurants around it is hard to complete. The staff were all very friendly and the bar on the hotel beach was excellent.

The staff were wonderful and did all they could to improve our stay at this overpriced, below average resort. The beach is also very nice and we liked that there were always sun beds available. We were here to celebrate our honeymoon so were upgraded from a double room to a bungalow and were able to eat at the slightly nicer 5* buffet restaurant. Even here though, most food was only passable with only a few decent options. The local tavernas (within driving distance) served far superior food for a fraction of the cost. Sadly, despite the upgrades, which we were very grateful for, we wouldn’t return and would not recommend this place.

Facing the beachfront, Enorme Santanna Beach offers 4-star accommodation in Ierápetra and has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden.

The bed was very comfortable. I had all I needed and the refrigerator was top notch. Coral Hotel was near the sea, what I always prefer. Nice staff!
