There were several beautiful balconies with scenic views of the sunrise hot air balloon flights where my friend and I took many photos at. The staff were very friendly and kind - we received complimentary water every 12 hours and lemonade before we left. Service was absolutely excellent- a whole cheese platter with a bread basket, a variety of Turkish pastries, freshly made Turkish pancakes by the staff’s mothers, and a fruit bowl to top it off - all for breakfast and FREE!

Fantastic location, can easily walk to the downtown area and to the open air museum. The cave rooms were huge, clean, with a comfortable bed, warm shower, and plenty of seating. The views were amazing, with many options to sit around the property. The restaurant for dinner was fairly priced with many options and I enjoyed the daily Turkish breakfast. The staff is also helpful with restaurant recommendations, tours, airport transfer, and any other things you could need.

It was well situated. The central market was walkable from the hotel. The room was spacious and had a beautiful panoramic view of the caves. There was a well functioning jacuzzi in the room which was fun. It was neat and clean and well maintained.
