The hotel was excellent and there was nothing else to wish for. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and very clean, as a bonus – it was bigger than a standard hotel room. There was an aircon in the room, additionally it was possible to open windows if you wanted a fresh air. This is so rare for modern hotels which often have closed aircon cycling through the whole building. The buffet breakfast was good and exceed our expectation.

Grand Mercure Dubai City is a 5-star hotel located next to GGICO metro and near to Dubai Airport. I like to go there as its 2 min from the airport and I am in 10 min in Business bay or any other important business area in Dubai. Fast and efficient and rooms are very comforting and you feel like home.

Am sure to come back for my next transit in Dubai. Friendly staff, great price, good breakfast, clean room - all I need for a good rest before continuing my journey.

Set in extensive landscaped gardens, this 5-star retreat is just 2 km from Deira City. It has 5 swimming pools and 17 restaurants and bars for guests to choose from. Extremely clean and well maintained. Exceptional front of house staff. A wonderful manager Kimberly who was engaging and went out of her way to make my last few hours easier prior to a 02.15 flight back to Australia. All staff were very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very close to the metro station. The staff was very kind and nice. The room is big and has everything needed. Wonderful breakfast! Highly recommend!
