Palo Santo Hotel usytuowany jest w modnej dzielnicy Palermo, zaledwie 200 metrów od alei Santa Fe. this hotel is amazing, beautiful and confortable. the staff was kind and super helpful, always willing to help. The check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm, but we arrived early and they gave us the room at 11! I really appreciated all they do for us and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at Shoshana have gone above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as humanly possible. I asked them for gluten- and lactosefree options, and they were incredible in providing me with everything I could possibly think of, ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, they were very attentive, helpful in advising us on the best places to go and how to get there, and offering us water, coffee, juice, and food whenever we came back to the hotel.
