It is newly renovated hotel, the suites are fantastic. Very comfortable, beautifully furnished with smart systems. The people at the reception were helpful and friendly especially Evgenia and Sabrina .

The Amauris Vienna - Relais & Châteaux is an elegant and modern design hotel, situated right in the city centre on the famous Ringstraße boulevard, 200 metres from the State Opera. The staff of The Amaruis hotel is outstanding. Thanks to the staff, they made the hotel a warm home. For motherday gift me and my mom visited Vienna. First, I preferred to a very classic old hotel such as Imperial. And I'm so happy I did not book a room at the Imperial! My mom and I enjoyed the hotel. The room, amazing!!! The door of the room (love it), the bed SOO GOOOD!!! The Spa, oh that was so relaxing. The breakfast was very tasteful. And I loved how thoughtful the staff is. My mom loves to eat cream cheese in the morning; however, the cream cheese was not on the menu. But they made it available for my mom. And every time we came for breakfast, the staff knew: she wanted her cream cheese! The staff at the breakfast and at the Bristo are very nice people. And the staff at the front door, so helpful! And the staff at the desk, so thinkful and the staff for cleaning the rooms, so lovely! The staff made this hotel great! And I will come back with my boyfriend in November!

The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, the breakfast is varied. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

Only 50 metres away from the State Opera and the Karlsplatz Underground Station (lines U1, U2 and U4), Living Hotel an der Oper offers air-conditioned untis, flat-screen TVs and free access to WiFi. My wife and I thought that our 4 night stay at the Living Hotel an der Oper was outstanding. The location was excellent - very close to historic sites and the U-bahn for getting to the train station or to Schonbrunn Palace. Our large room exceeded our expectations. The beds were firm and comfy, and we had a dining table and a living area with a sofa and chairs. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with good water pressure. Internet reception was very good. The breakfast was outstanding and cost 16 euros extra -- well worth the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.
