Very nice apartment, everything is exactly as stated in the description and photos: with brand new furniture. Good location, close to tram station and it takes about 20 mins to get into the city center. Parking is also a big advantage, the garage is a few minutes walk from the apartment building. It is perfect for a family, the kids were enjoying the relax place in the bedroom. We did not meet the owners in person, but they are very kind and ready to help. We would definitely come back.

Nearby tram station and U-Bahn. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for living here and with bath. We like it so much! Hostess is very friendly. Zuzanna met us when we arrived, show all nesessary in the appartments and sent a lot of usefull information about places nearby. Also it was very nice to find small compliments in the form of chocolate and coffee.

This apartment was so clean, smelled fresh and the modern decor added a much “welcome home” feeling each time we returned from activities of the day. The best part was how quiet it was! We were concerned about the noise of staying in the city and it was a pleasant surprise. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment was very spacious and full of natural light. Loved being able to open the windows and feel the fresh air and see the green treetops. Easy access to everything. Margaretha was so friendly and prompt with assistance and information for area restaurants, transportation details. We will rent here again if returning to Vienna.

Spacious and roomy with all the possible amenities. The owner met us and answer all of our questions incredibly fast.

Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments offers units with air conditioning, a shared or private roof terrace, free WiFi and an underfloor heating system. Keys were in lock box. Because our the plane was delayed and we came late night (2 am), it was convenient to pick keys any time.

Great location but very quiet and peacefull. Overall very satisfied, highly recommend!
