The assistance from the staff was absolutely great. Especially the lady who arranged the kettle for me. :-) I had no issues at the hotel and would stay there again if I had to vist Bulgaria. The cleaning staff was also very friendly.

Blinds that make the room dark when you need. Mosquito net. Every detail is there, all you need. Perhaps adding scissors into the kitchen drawer. Automatic light in the hallway, I only felt bad it turning on when I did not need it, wasn't sure how to turn it off to save electricity. In the end, great apartment, most of all I liked the comfortable bed for a good sleep and also the mosquito nets! Very thoughtful. And yes, the walk-in shower drains perfectly
