We chose SPA Hotel Infinity Park because we wanted a relaxing experience, something different from our usual holidays where we go somewhere and we "run" about visiting various attractions. The fact that Infinity Park is rated 5 stars and it had great reviews made our choice easier. We got everything we wanted and more! The hotel looks great and modern. The room was surprisingly big, with an adequate balcony, beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and in excellent condition. Seriously, everything one could expect from a 5 stars hotel. The food! oh my God, the food! We had breakfast and dinner in our package and each meal was exceptional! A plethora of options, enough to satisfy even a hardened critic, like my wife :) We also had luch and the a la carte menu was also varied and the food was delicious. One thing that was particularly impressive was that deserts had a home-made taste to them! The spa services are varied also, lots of saunas, jacuzzies, pools, they can be viewed in the pictures. What is important is that they are very well maintained and very, very clean. We each enjoyed a massage service and we were both extremely satisfied! We will definitely return here and I am especially thrilled to experience this place during the winter :)

El SPA Hotel Elbrus, situado en una zona tranquila de Velingrad, presenta un estilo de Ródope y ofrece piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre de agua mineral y un restaurante. Hay conexión wifi gratis. Everything was excellent. The staff was very polite. The spa was very pleasant. The food was delicious, there were many options. The tomatoes were extremely delicious. The room was comfortable and large. The view from the room to the mountains and hills was nice.

El Park Hotel & Spa Maxi se encuentra en Velingrad, en mitad del pinar de una colina. Piscina, entorno en medio de Pinares extensos y el restaurante. Es de mencionar que el gerente del restaurante, tuvo un trato excelente, más aún cuando le mencionamos que era mi cumpleaños, así mismo, las camareras de piso, nos dejaron una caja de bombones, cuando se enteraron que era mi cumpleaños.

Very nice small stylish hotel designed with lots of good taste. We particularly liked the interior design of booth rooms that we had. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfy. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and included some traditional Bulgarian food. Spa area is nice, but a bit small.

El Velingrad Balneohotel está situado a las afueras de la ciudad y cuenta con pileta al aire libre con agua mineral, restaurante a la carta, bar en el vestíbulo y habitaciones con TV por cable. The warm Swimming pool is great and they offer sauna, massage and other similar attactions. Rooms are simple but sufficient and price is OK for the place. Outside pool is also great.

The hotel is near to town centre but you should take a taxi, not expensive. The spa center and the pool was really good, quet and clean! The rooms were clean. The staff was polite.

Amazing small hotel with very personal and kind attitude from all the staff. The room was very clean, view was amazing, food was very good and all in all we loved our stay there!
