Located in downtown Toronto, Royal Oak Inn offers WiFi and a 24-hour reception. A street car stop is within 100 metres. If you're just needing a place to sleep overnight, this is the place. The inn is kind of divey and the area that it's in is kind of sketchy, but we had no problems during our stay.

The owner was so helpful and kind ! Everything was also so clean. Showers sometimes make or break a rental for me; the shower was exceptionally clean, which made me feel more at ease. There were also cookies and fig bars when we arrived, which was so sweet. :)

Andrew who lives on site was a helpful responsive host, available if required. Supermarkets, restaurants and a great bakery nearby.
