Unfortunately the only minus point was the non inclusion of breakfast, considering we were paying a substantial amount per night, breakfast was not included.

Exceptional service and great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at Fairmont Royal York Hotel. We encountered an emergency situation that required the intervention of 911 paramedics, and the support we received from your security team, particularly Mr. Anthony was truly exceptional. He helped us a lot during transportation. Also, we spent the whole night at ER, but hotel extended our checkout time. I just want to say thank you one more time
