This downtown Toronto hotel is 6 minutes' drive from the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. Free WiFi and a hot continental breakfast are provided. Breakfast was really great and very nice that they have underground parking. Convenient and helpful staff!

We had such excellent service at this hotel, one particular staff member (a gentleman whose name I can't remember) went to exceptional lengths to ensure our comfort. We were able to check in a couple of hours early and were delighted at the size and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. We used the laundry services at the hotel which were on the more expensive side, however we recognise most people aren't washing a large amount when they stay in hotels like this - we were washing weeks worth of clothing. Our clothes came back in the time frame we were expecting and we had no issues with the result. We were in a fantastic location, walking distance (for two very active people) to Scotia bank arena, Nathan Phillips Square and our pickup location for our day trip to Niagara Falls.
