Hands down best service, best staff and overall relaxing stay for my family and I. From the front desk staff, the staff in JONI restaurant, to the guy that took us out in the hotel car, to the lady that cleaned our room. We were always well taken care of in any and every aspect, whether it be food, transportation or even an extra robe brought to our room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Location was also a big plus as it was close to most of the things we wanted to see.

This is a state of the art hotel! We stay here every year on our visit to to Toronto. The staff are always one step ahead of you, the location lets you feel the buzz of Toronto life and the design is beautiful but functional. We love this place, it even caters to young families like ours travelling with their little ones.

Adjacent to Madison Avenue Pub, this Victorian house in Toronto’s vibrant Annex district is just 4 minutes’ walk from Spadina subway station. Free WiFi is offered in the restaurant. the staff was exceptional!! very friendly and helpful! parking was very easy room was very nice

Free tea at any time of the day. Free water bottles brought to the room daily! Cleaning and towels change every day. Breakfast ok - no hot food, you can prepare muesli, sandwiches for yourself, there were also fruits, yogurts and muffins. Can survive on that but not for many days. Located right close to a tram station. Many cafes in the area. The room quite spacious for 2, even without any wardrobe it was alright with two big suitcases lying on the floor. P. S. Try Sushi On Bloor!!!
