The staff was so helpful. They knew the area so well. When a needed a niche place to eat, they are ready with a great suggestion. The ease of staying there when you have a show at the Underground is matchless. I will definitely stay there again.

Toronto’s historic Gladstone House is at the heart of the city’s art and design district. Such a beautiful place located on a charming street packed with galleries, shops and restaurants. Very nicely decorated, with many interesting details, like the paintings on the walls, hangers in the room, beautiful old elevator or those cozy areas on each floor. Clean, comfortable, with proffesional and kind staff. Unlike many other hotels, this one has a nice, homey feeling and I only wish I could have stayed longer!
