The roof terrace restaurant and bar are just extraordinary as is the food. For the quality of food and service you get, it is not worth dining out as the price level is absolutely competitive compared to why you get outside the hotel.

Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.

The location in central Santiago is exceptional for walking to local attractions and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there if we are ever visit Santiago again.

The charming decor shown in photos was everywhere, in the rooms, the stairways, and the hallways. Hotel front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional, pleasant, and helpful. Location was perfect, easy walking to major sights and steps away from the Bellas Artes metro station. I could not have had a nicer stay. Thank you!
