Beautifully designed new hotel, spacious and extremely well equipped rooms. staff absolutely marvellous and friendly. An oasis of calm and beauty in this fairly chaotic city. The roof terrace restaurant and bar are just extraordinary as is the food. For the quality of food and service you get, it is not worth dining out as the price level is absolutely competitive compared to why you get outside the hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there if we are ever visit Santiago again.
