Excellent hotel, rooms are super clean we stayed here twice and they were happy to store our bags between both stays while we went to visit the great wall. Super helpful friendly staff close to buses, 10min walk to subway station, short walk to buses, 798 art zone entrance directly across the road, loads of restaurants close by. I highly recommend this hotel. Free coffee and soft drinks available, offer excellent amenities.

Surrounded by urban greenery, Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing is located in Wangjing SOHO. Futong Subway Station (Line 14) is around an 5-minute walk way. Complimentary WiFi and parking are provided. Our waitress Sadie was a great host. Despite the fact that her English was not there, she did her utmost best to communicate through translating the app and made it very enjoyable. 10+.for her. Mr. Peter, the F&B manager, arranged our steaks and Tomahawk at the lounge, and his exceptional customer service 10+. Restaurant/ breakfast buffet/ dinner by far the best on our trip. Exec sous chef, very nice gentleman. Overal restaurant experience 10+. Good work of all staff and will be my main hub in Beijing from now on. Concierge, 10+, very helpful and organized great trip to great wall with great guide.

I spent a lot of time doing work and relaxing in the 26th floor executive lounge and the service is exemplary. I want to extent a special thanks to Daniel, Lisa, Jade, Lucky, Celia and Angela. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and I highly recommend the executive rooms to any who plans to stay there. The executive floor manager, Rebecca Wang, provides the best service I have ever seen in this type of hotel and I will continue to stay at the 4S in Beijing because due to the wonderful staff it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel.
