Idéalement situé dans le centre de Shanghai, à seulement quelques pas du parc Jing'an, du centre commercial Park Place, du grand magasin Réel Mall et de Kerry Centre, l'établissement The Puli Hotel... Best hotel in Shanghai I have ever stayed. The location is excellent, just next to the Jinan Temple, many major malls and trend roads. But what separates it apart is the hotel’s amazing service. From the moment we stepped out of our car to anywhere we went in the hotel, we have been greeted with the warmest help. Special thanks to Hank and Goslin who had been ever so patiently assisting us extending the stay. And to Zoe who went above and beyond to get medication for our little boy. Lastly, the room is just glamorous, so spacious and tasteful decoration.

My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing. But most importantly after checking out I managed to lose my bag with the passport, but Richard and Paul from concierge managed to get it back and allow me to board my flight. Richard and Paul, thank you, you are the best.
