Very clean and comfortable room, every day room service renewing the supplies (bottled water, tea, coffee etc.), cleaning the room. The stuff was very friendly.

Hotel Grand Inn se encuentra en Berlín, a 10 km de East Side Gallery, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. friendly and attentive staff. Had a problem with heating in the room. Staff immediately assisted with issue and changed room per need. Location is near to subway and not far away from city center. There are two big markets nearby. Property is on the calm area, and is place great to stay. After shower water stuck in bathroom but not big deal. We enjoyed stayed time.

El Hotel "Helle Mitte" Berlin, situado en Berlín, en un edificio que data de 1996, a 15 km de Alexanderplatz, ofrece habitaciones con conexión WiFi gratuita. The staff of the hotel is truly kind and helpful. The room was clean and very well equipped, quiet and the bed was really comfy and clean The shower was fantastic, and the hotel is in front of the U-bahn U5 and there is also the Tram service so you can reach every corner of Berlin very easily.

Habitación cómoda, buena calidad para el precio pagado, abundantes alimentos en el desayuno (es opcional si se paga por este), buena limpieza en las habitaciones y el personal muy amable, especialmente la recepcionista.

Este hotel está situado en una calle tranquila del distrito de Kaulsdorf de Berlín, junto a la carretera B1 y a 10 minutos en coche de la autopista A10. It is good option for the price. You can do check-in by yourself so it is easy outside reception working hours. The room is not so small as some other cheap rooms in Berlin. Soft mattress. Good water pressure in the shower.

The hotel is a lovely family owned hotek with the focus on Hungarian culture and cuisine! Definitely a lovely place to stay with great staff :) I will be happy to come back again when travelling to Berlin!
