I had an amazing stay at the Residenz Villa Kut! I would describe it more as a bed and breakfast than a hotel. The owners were very friendly, allowed me to drop off my suitcase early, and let me leave it after checkout time until I departed from Berlin. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. I travel to Germany often for work, and it was, hands down, the best! Residenz Villa Kut is easily accessible by two bus lines that will connect you with the larger Berlin transportation network. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Viesnīca atrodas Berlīnes rajonā Steglitz. Viesiem tiek piedāvāti numuri ar skaņas izolāciju. Viesu rīcībā ir arī velosipēdu noma. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is not new or anyhow stylish but was simple and tidy. As we needed the room for sleep and refreshment only it was more than perfect to stay. I do work at the hotel myself, so naturally i was able to see any flaw ;) but its was all compensated by extremely kind and pleasant staff and atmosphere.

This quiet hotel is located beside the Stölpchensee Lake in Berlin’s green Wannsee district. It was a great location and we shall probably visit again in the summer
