The staff were very friendly and efficient. We loved the look and feel of the hotel which is also the reason I booked it. We had our young adult children travelling with us and they also enjoyed it a lot. We enjoyed the boardgames in the lounge/dining area and played before and after we went out for dinner. Usually when visiting big cities we tend to go directly to our room after a day out but here we wanted to spend time in the lounge area where other people were also relaxing with a drink from the bar playing games or talking. The breakfast was really nice with a large selection. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the facilities well looked after. The hotel attracts young and old, couples and small groups of friends by the look of it. Our bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets felt fresh and new. I would definately book here again when we next pass Frankfurt.

Ideally located in the Zentrum-Altstadt of Frankfurt/Main, Paulaner am Dom Hotel provides continental breakfast and free WiFi. The hotel is at the best location. I stayed in a room that I could see the cathedral and it was amazing. The room was perfectly clean, staff were so nice. I could get everything I wanted from a hotel, thanks for the great service. Would recommend 10/10

Everything is perfect. Staffs are kind, room is gorgeous, spacious and clean, location is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I will stay here again when I come back to Frankfurt.

This hotel offers a roof terrace with great views of the Frankfurt skyline and a restaurant and free WiFi. The Zeil shopping street is just 400 metres away. We were there on our honeymoon and were greeted with treats and local beer. We had a beautiful handwritten note congratulating us. We loved the views from our room and how walkable to all the sites it was. Would definitely stay here again!

Established in 1876, Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof is in the middle of the historic, financial district of Frankfurt and just 1.0 km away from the Emperor St. Old school 5 star grand hotel. Perfect location. Very nice and competent staff in all departments. Getting an upgrade from standard and old fashioned too to a larger and renovated room was of course very much appreciated. Breakfast very good. Terrace bistro great.
