This family-run hotel and restaurant is located directly on the marketplace in the Old Town, and makes the perfect starting point for sightseeing. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Great hotel in the heart of Heidelberg, all sights can be reached easily by foot. We had a room towards the square so it was a bit noisy in the evening but nothing that bothered us personally and the view was worth it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious, clean and really nice. Oh and breakfast was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book the same hotel again. As the parking close to the hotel was full at the time we arrived, we parked at "Parkhaus Universitäts Bibliothek" - very tight parking spots and it's a bit of walk to the hotel (10min), however all along the pedestrian street in Heidelberg. The hotel does have a deal with a parking close by though but I do not remember the name - might be working checking with them before you arrive.

The location of this hotel is just stunning. The visitors should prefer a room with river view. You can feel Christmas vibes in every part of hotel. Staffs can speak very good English and very helpful. The room was very clean. All in all it is worth staying.
