We booked this hotel last minute after arriving in Cairo and finding that our actual hotel was not suited to our needs. Upon arrival we had English speaking staff and were assigned a member of staff for any queries. A big thank you to Ahmed, Mohamed Amer and Yusuf who are a credit to Ramage. Without their assistance we would have struggled a lot. We came during a low-season so there was no buffet but the menu was fine and the staff helped explain anything we didnt understand on the menu. There were weddings taking place when we were at the hotel. The staff ensured that the rooms around us were not used longer than necessary so we could have a good night's sleep. We often left the hotel to visit friends or sites and the staff were very helpful in ensuring Uber drivers had detailed information regards the location: they would speak to them on the phone if required as we did not have conversational Arabic. They also gave us a call on the day we left to ensure we don't get late. The hotel is clean and towels were changed daily. We also liked the lovely animal shapes that were left on the bed using the towels! There was also a seperate pool towel and the bathroom was equipped with essentials. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, felt welcome and hope to retutn in the near future. Thank you everyone!

Nice View for my room, helpful staff. I loved the hot shower and Ramadan atmosphere. There was good restaurant as well where I had iftar with my kids. The pool was good and the playground was nice. I would recommend it for family and friends.

Das Al Masah Hotel and Spa bietet eine Terrasse mit einem Swimmingpool. In diesem im grünen Bereich von Nasr City gelegenen Hotel sorgen 5 Restaurants und ein Wellnesscenter für Komfort. Unglaublich schöne Anlage, ein Tropenparadies in Kairo mit einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Das Frühstück war ausreichend vielfältig mit frischen Produkten. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr schön gestaltet, die Anlage verfügt über mehrere Cafes und Restaurants, die mit einem Golfcab sehr gut zu erreichen sind. Wirklich toller Aufenthalt!
