The layout of the apartment was very attractive and extremely effective, the view was amazing at any time in the day and night (specially the sun raises and sun sets) the cleanliness (super clean), the location was was great. Rebeca was friendly and very accommodating.

Ubytovanie Villamar - Relax, Sol y Playa sa nachádza v Alicante v štvrti Cabo Huertas len 6 min. chôdze od miesta Pláž Playa de San Juan. This property is wonderful. Francis is the perfect host and made everyone happy and relaxed. The apartment was very clean, too. There is a large swimming pool, better for summer than in April. There are tennis courts, too. A cafe is on site which has a bar and it was really nice. The Playa San Juan is just down the street and there are many restaurants on the beach there. We had a lovely lunch there one day. The tram is right in front of the apartment building so easy to get into to Alicante for a visit. This is a lovely part of Alicante, not very far from downtown but still within an easy tram ride or drive or taxi ride, not to mention the apartment location is pretty quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Francis.

The apartment exceeded all expectations. There are all the necessary household appliances, a comfortable bed. The view and easy access to the sea are especially pleasing. The location of the apartment is perfect, within a few steps i was on the beach. Great facilities, loved the rooftop views. 20 minute walk to the nearest bus/tram and in the city within 25 minutes. 30 minutes from airport at €40 by taxi. 10/10 would stay again

A nice and cleaned house located in a quiet area and close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and good with ceiling fans. Good social spaces both at the front and the back of the house. The owners were very nice, helpful and easy to reach. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Thank you for the very nice welcome and the opportunity to stay in a great apartment. For a family of 4, the biggest advantages of the apartment were direct contact with the swimming pool. you leave the apartment and in 30 seconds you can cool down in nice water. The pool is large and cleaned daily. Because the pool is sunny every day, it is warmer than others in the area. The apartment has all basic amenities. Air conditioning is a nice addition. The apartment is clean and quiet, close to restaurants and bars, and a children's playroom. We met very nice neighbors. Importantly for us, there was no problem with parking a large car. There is also a separate place for bicycles. The owner is very helpful and cordial.

Manuel was a fantastic host. He is helpful, kind and very generous. We loved the apartment, the location was perfect and we can't fault anything. If I'm being picky, then I'd say the pillows on the bed weren't that comfortable, but with everything else being so amazing, the pillows were fine 😂. Thanks Manuel, we would love to visit again in the future!
