The room and the bathroom were very clean. The room came with anything you would need and if not, the host would provide it for you. Our hosts were helpful every step of the way and made our stay so much easier. We were in a hard situation one night and even though it was really late, they did not hesitate to help us out. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Rentadora en la planta del parquing. La situació. És lluny del centre, però amb la linia 3 del Metro, en 30 minuts aproximadament estas a Sol. Entrada. Pràctica amb un codic, ascensor.

Great budget hotel near Madrid. Close to the train station, has huge underground parking. Also lots of outdoor parking available nearby. Breakfast is basic but for the price its ok. Room itself is quite comfortable, good shower and good wifi speed

The warm welcome we received made our stay even more enjoyable. Julia was exceptionally kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being just a short 5-10 minute walk from both the train station and grocery stores. Since we had a car, the added benefit of available parking was a major plus for us. It took us less than 20-30 minutes to drive to downtown Madrid and various tourist attractions from the hotel.

Apartamentos Marquesado is set in the Villaverde district of Madrid, 12 km from Reina Sofia Museum, 13 km from El Retiro Park and 14 km from Mercado San Miguel. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Well equipped, private and spacious parking underground, my children really love the duplex apartment. Thank you for everything.
