The staff were all so nice and welcoming, they advised us on how to get to the train station by public transport, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city centre for nice restaurants and very close to a gorgeous bakery! The room was so clean and it had the perfect amount of storage. I can't recommend it more, it definitely deserves to be at least 3 stars.
