Staff was really friendly helpful and welcoming. It always felt like coming home from my daily tour of the city. Loved the self service coffee and tea at the lounge. Jacques and the other staff at the front desk did not hesitate to help with all our requests and provided tips on sight seeing, places of interest and booking the taxi.

Very nice, clean, cozy, modern, the furniture, the finishing, spacious room relatively, the staff are amazing super helpful and friendly.

The lobby was beautiful and when we got upstairs to our room we were speechless. The room was big for a space in Paris and the design of it was modern and so gorgeous. Even the white bathroom was spotlessly clean. The metro station was a close and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was great to have a garage very nearby to arrive by car. The elevator in the building is small so people in wheelchairs will not be able to use it but if you can stand it's perfectly fine. Staff was very friendly and always helpful! The neighborhood was a great choice too - lots of nice restaurants and lively atmosphere. We would definitely stay again!
