Wonderful hotel with a nice little spa area to relax after a long day in Paris. It was very clean, the hotel and rooms are designed delightfully. The breakfast was very delicious with a good choice of food items. The staff was very professional and friendly at the same time, and gave good tips for us tourists.

The Room was very comfortable. The Reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was great. The Room was very comfortable with clean tidy beds with good night's sleep.

I was so lucky as the hotel was just opened few months ago. The location is near to Opera and many shops and restaurants near to the hotel. The staff is so friendly, smiling and helpful. The room size is good comparing to other hotels in Paris. The lobby is nice but a little bit small. The hotel’s restaurant is providing sea food which was so good. For sure my next stay will be there.

Hôtel Le Ballu se nahaja v Parizu, 1,7 km od koncertne dvorane La Cigale, ponuja pa klimatizirane sobe in bar. Na voljo so restavracija, 24-urna recepcija, sobna postrežba in brezplačen WiFi. Everything was perfect! The area, the facilities, the staff, the food, the value for money. I couldn’t recommend this place any more.

Located in the Opera Garnier District, a 4-minutes walk from the famous Printemps and Galeries Lafayette stores, 1er Etage Opéra is a modern-style accommodation set on the 1st floor of a 19th-century... Beautiful, clean hotel with nice vibe at a great central location in Paris. Second time that I booked a room here. We were staying in a room in front of the hotel and even though this is the center of Paris, it was super quiet at night. Could even sleep with the window open during this warm night. Breakfast also good, personally served. Small scaled hotel so you have to like that.
