Everyone we had interactions with from the Hotel Manager, Monsieur Alec to the cleaning staff were always ensuring that our stay was special. We loved every minute. Plus the Breakfast is wonderful - so fresh and such good quality.

Best Western Plus Hotel Sydney Opera is ideaal gelegen in Parijs, en biedt een als buffet aangeboden ontbijt en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Dit hotel met 3 sterren biedt een bar. Perfect location: nice neighborhood, shops near by. 20min walking to Jardin des Tuileres and Louvre. 5-10 min to Garnier Palace. Metro stops 5-10min as well ( metro Madeleine and Havre Caumartin) . Hotel itself very cozy. Very warm room, nicely decorated. It was a pleasure to be coming back to a hotel , like coming back home . Very comfortable beds, quite sleeping at night , couldn’t hear neighbours . Robes,slippers in room. High quality towels and cosmetics. Heater in bathroom worked very well , all our clothes after rainy days dried up instantly. There was an iron with ironing board in room. Also N’Espresso machine with capsules reffiled everyday , tea making corner. And biggest compliments for people working at a hotel . Very friendly , smiling and professional people . All of them spoke english very well , it was really a pleasure to meet them .

But not only the location, the room I stayed is nice although it is quite small and staffs are friendly and willing to guide you anything about Paris.

Everything! first all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I regret I did not get their names. Then the location. I am picky because I always want the right balance between touristy and quiet. This property hit it on the mark. Lastly the bed was so comfortable. I would appreciate it if you could tell me which mattress brand you use!

Het Hotel Basile bevindt zich in het 9e arrondissement in Parijs en ligt op 2 minuten lopen van het Place de la Madeleine en op 600 meter van de Opéra Garnier. The Room was very comfortable. The Reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was great. The Room was very comfortable with clean tidy beds with good night's sleep.
