Attractively set in Birmingham, The Grand Hotel Birmingham features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. My husband and I had the most amazing stay at the Grand in Birmingham. The hotel is fantastic and has been renovated beautifully. All the staff were good but we need to make a special mention to Isatou kassama; who was the lovely, smiley and super professional every time we spend some time in the Madeleine bar. Thank you Isatou kassama for making our stay so special.

This pet friendly ibis Styles hotel boasts a central Birmingham location, just 15 minutes' walk from the Bull Ring shopping centre. The room and the reception of the hotel was beautiful and the hotel was in a really good location. They offer free coffee/tea/Chocolate 24/7 that's really nice specially when you are traveling in winter. The people was really nice and helpful. We would definetely come back if we visited Brimingham again.
