Very organized hotel, everything looked new and very clean, comfortable room, good size and comfortable bed, nice breakfast.

She even went above and beyond by inquiring about my room number and personally guiding me to its location within the building. Finally, the manager's proactive message the next morning, checking in on my comfort during my stay, confirmed their genuine commitment to exceptional customer care. When I requested a kettle replacement, they promptly delivered a brand new one to my room on the same day, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
