Price was good comparing others in London ..so much more expensive. But this hotel has good location, easy for metro, bus to Stratford station which is main to go somewhere in london. I want to praise this hotel staffs everyone who worked for our stays, morning, night shift staffs. Very kind, helpful! Pay attention to customer needs. Breakfast was excellent, unlimited coffee and water,lemon water.. staff who cooked inside for breakfast he was doing great, kept checking food and cook fresh sausage, potato and supply. .all we enjoyed made our tired trip to be relaxed here. Rooms clean!

Service was quick, efficient and basically excellent. We were served by Gloria during our stay and her above average effort was absolutely wonderful and has added significantly to our experience. Would we recommend and come back? Yes, most definitely.

Located in the heart of London's Docklands, this Holiday Inn Express is a 7-minute walk from the ExCel and a 1.1 miles from London City Airport. Everything! After an 18-hour flight, we arrived 5 hours before check-in time but were allowed to check in immediately without any extra cost. We were also offered a late check-out free of charge. The staff were all very friendly, especially Alp, the receptionist. We will come back, and we definitely recommend it!
