My husband and I traveled to London over the New Years weekend and booked a room for 7 nights. The location of the hotel was excellent with a variety of public transportation options. We were also able to walk to a number of sights. The room was very comfortable and well organized. The staff were very friendly and even though the hotel was very busy, we were always greeted with a smile. The best part of our stay was the Lyaness bar, the staff was amazing. The cocktails were amazing. At the end of our stay we felt like family. In my book that is a sign of an excellent stay.

The location is great, with just a couple of minutes walking towards the nearest underground station. There is also a tesco nearby which is also great for buying some essentials. The hotel was very well kept and maintained and the rooms were spotless clean. Definitely a place where we would return.
