Let me start with a huge compliment for the owner of the hotel. His name is Dimo. He clearly knows how to make the guests feel at ease and he walks the extra mile for his quests in a natural way that not many people are capable of. I am a genius 3 level traveler on booking .com and I never have experienced such a high standard of hospitality from a hotel owner before. On top of that the hotel/apartment rooms are super beautiful and very comfortable to stay at. I had the chance to have a tour through the hotel and see them all. Most rooms have beautiful balconies or terraces with a stunning view over the city and on the other side over the television tower. Everything you need is available and if there’s anything else you need, you just contact Dimo and he will run for you to make sure you get what you need! Do also not hesitate to ask for tips and directions where to go to in Tbilisi or around Georgia. This man loves his country in such a passionate way, he will inspire you to go to places you’ve never seen before. It was so nice to chat with him and he gave me the best tips ever! I had a memorable experience at the Sani Apart Hotel and I will definitely come back and then stay for a longer period! Thanks for everything Dimo! You are the best!

Lovely place with unique atmosphere. The host has made us feel at home! 2nd floor has been renovated recently, room was really nice and comfortable. Breakfast is not too complex, but is really tasty and fresh. We loved the home made cake. Despite our early departure, the host thoughtfully prepared a cake for us to enjoy before we left ❤️

Sani Hotel opened in 2015 and renovated in 2023 is located in Tbilisi city center in Vera District, 0.6 km from Rustaveli Metro Station and 1.4 km from Rustaveli Theatre. We're thankful to the friendly staff of this hotel! The cleanness, the breakfast was good... The swimming pool was that what we was needed in such a hot weather
