This recently constructed hotel is situated in Amphithea, only 4 km from Ioannina city centre. Anemolia Resort and Spa boasts rooms full of character, with old-style furniture and wooden floors. We liked the view of the lake from our room. The room was functional and clean. The breakfast was good too, with many options. We had a spot reserved for us to park our motorcycle inside the gate of the property.

Featuring lake views, Σπίτι με θέα στην Αμφιθέα offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 2.4 km from Ali Pasha Residence. My stay here was perfect. Giannis and Maria are wonderful and kind hosts, they ensured we have the best stay possible, they welcomed us with a homemade tsoureki (sweet bread) and were always at our disposal for anything. There was a short water outage in the whole Ioannina for a few hours and they provided us with extra water for the night without us even asking. Also, the view from the house is amazing, we truly enjoyed it! Highly recommended to stay here if you are ever in Ioannina or Amfithea.

Everything was great: very clean, the room had everything we needed, great food both for breakfast and dinner. Hosts are very generous, sincere, friendly, very helpful and fast.
