Tämä uusi ja vuonna 2018 täysin kunnostettu perhelomakeskus sijaitsee Park Resort -hotellikokonaisuuden alueella vain 100 metrin päässä rannalta. It was exceptionally clean. I loved all the modern furnishings and high end fittings . The bedrooms were a good size with a lounge area and decent balcony . It had carpet which was a pleasant surprise for a beach type hotel. The pools were lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The food was OK, fresh and cooked well, however we prefer restaurants to buffets so only used it a few times.

Hotel Materada Plava Laguna in Poreč is only 100 metres from the beach and surrounded by spacious parks and grassy sun-bathing areas. I had a great time, relaxed and rested in peacefull enviroment, very clean with cery nice staff who were willing to help with everything. Food was very tastefull and there was plenty of variety and enough for everybody. Thank you for a great stay, Will come back again

Perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. Fantastic swimming pool and perfect location opposite the sea. Easy to get to supermarket, bars, restaurants and the little train into Porec was great.

Only 50 metres from a beach, Apartments Materada Residence is set in Poreč. The location was excellent, the property is surrounded by a well maintained park and it is immediately next to the sea. It was comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely come again for a longer stay.

Very friendly agency provided good service and owner.The house is located 20 metres from the sea,in quiet area in north part of Porec, roughly 2 km from the City centre and provides all equipment which is needed for family stay-grill,garden,outside shower,outside sitting,other summer furniture etc.Also space inside is more than sufficient..Location is surrounded by various restaurants therefore full satisfaction. I am planning to return back.
