Very friendly service creating positive atmosphere from first step into hotel. Nice and cozy interior, walking distance to the beach, delicious breakfast that tastes like "at home". People are just amazing, first time I meet such a sincere and friendly team!

We had a very lovely stay here. the appartment is quite new and very nicely furnished. the owner was very helpful at all times. can highly recommend.

Very comfortable room and nice too.

We were two months into our 3-month trip around Europe. Stay ed in some very exclusive hotels. But this one beats them all. A family run boutique by Ivan,Ella.Marko and Stephan who are the most incredible generous hosts nothing to much. The food to die for Ivan and Ella run the kitchen and each day I see Ivan going to the market getting fresh produce for the day. It is walking distance to two beaches (5minutes) where you can sit at a cafe on the promenade and watch the picures views. There is so much to like about this gem of a place, I could keep on raving about all day long. But I suggest that if you are looking for a memorable stay in split book early and enjoy it as much as we did. Thanks again Ivan. Ella. Marko and Stephan. Very nice room at 1 min walking distance from sea. Parking available. Good internet connection. Very good shower. Several restaurants and bars in neighboorhood. If you like fine dining in fish restaurant, go to Konoba Nikola (only 500 m away). You can get very nice 5 or 6 course meal for only 50 EUR . Busstop to Split at 2 min walk ; bus schedule available in room

Objekt Rooms Ana nalazi se u Splitu, na 2,5 km od plaže za pse Duilovo i 8 km od Dioklecijanove palače te nudi opremu za roštilj. Besplatno su na raspolaganju WiFi i privatno parkiralište. I definitely want to come back to this guest house even just see her!! Overall, it was an amazing experience :)!!! I arrived at the airport quite late at night but she was waiting for me in front of the door (it was around 23:30-0:00) , and very welcoming. I was already impressed how nice she is. The Room was very very clean and tidy, not noisy outside at night. You can walk to the beach and it takes only 3 mins. The location was super nice. You can walk to the bus stop to go to the city. It was my first time to go there, but she gave me a lot of information I wanted to know (Restaurants or things I can do in Split). I tried most of all and everything was so satisfying. She always replied me a message quickly if I have any questions, so I didn’t feel “I’m waiting” at all. Not only the Room was nice, but also she was a great person. I was so touched the hospitality since my country(Japan) always cares about customers (guests). Now I understand why this guest house is famous. I do recommend all of them. I will definitely come back to see her. (I already miss her ;))

Objekt Luxury rooms ''Seven'' smješten je u Splitu, na 7 km od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače i 2,2 km od trgovačkog centra City Center One Split, a nudi terasu i besplatni WiFi. Great location, great room, great view. Bonus point: amazing pre-season prices. There is a supermarket just downstairs that makes your life very easy. The staff aren’t on site all the time because it’s not that busy here now but they are responsive if you need anything. The internet is sometimes slow but overall not too bad. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the historic centre of Split by bus. The balcony is amazing!

Prekrasan objekat u blizini plaže, pekare, trgovine. Plaža prekrasna, more čisto. Domaćini ljubazni I susretljivi. Dostupni za cijelo vrijeme boravka. Soba i kupaonica uredne i čiste. Parkirno mjesto uz objekat. Sve pohvale za domaćina

Apartman Josipa smješten je u Splitu, 2,7 km od plaže za pse Duilovo i 8 km od Dioklecijanove palače, te sadrži vrt i klima-uređaj. Amazing apartment! Ideal for family, a lot of space, super clean, amazing view from the balcony, very helpful owner. Everything is near: restaurants, the store, parking and the beach. We love being here!!!
